How to Trigger the Assignment Rule From a DataRaptor

If you want to trigger the Assignment Rule on Case/Lead from the Dataraptor Load then you can set it as below:

1. In the Dataraptor Load go to the OPTIONS tab

2. You can find a check box named “Use Assignment Rules”

3. If you make it true then the active assignment rule on the Case/Lead will be triggered if the Dataraptor Load is set for the Case/Lead object
